Unless it's changed very much in the last 3-4 years I'd say it would be perfect for you. There's a small leisure park across the road, lots of space for games on the site itself, an organised kids club for an hour or so in the mornings if that's what you want, table tennis, a small playground, various optional sporting activities and competitions, bikes for hire and of course the pools, one with a gently sloping shallow end. We prefer quieter and smaller sites but revisited this one even after the kids no longer came on holiday with us. We did, however, ask for a pitch on the original section of the site as it seemed a bit quieter than the new part. There's also lots to do in the area - the 2 level zoo at Doué la Fontaine is a great day out, plenty to see but not too big, and not too expensive with a family, as I recall.
