No matter which site you use you will not be far away from a cycle track, we have used Ocean in the past which takes Camping Cheques.
You don't say when you are going but even in September the cycle tracks can be busy and I believe that during July/August they and the Ille gets extremely busy.
Also the bridge toll is quite expensive at around £25 or so but gets cheaper in early Sept.
