Have stayed at a few sites on the I'll de Re but not that one, however most sites are adjacent or very near to the cycle tracks.
Only been in September though and the cycle tracks were quite busy then so they will be very busy in high season but end June you should be okay.
Bridge expensive though at that time something like £25 or so but you only pay one way.
