I have booked the crossing with Tesco/ Eurotunnel and got the booking ref number which she gave me over the phone. Can you tell me please, do I need to fill in the booking form which Tesco initially sent me along with the vouchers or do I just now send the vouchers on their own to Eurotunnel.
.
Thanks.

As already said, you need to fill in the form with the reference No and also put the reference No on the vouchers and then send it special delivery within 4 days of booking it via the phone

BOTH!! You need to complete the booking form with all details requested AND put the reference numbers on the vouchers as well, then send them all to Eurotunnel.
Instructions on how and where to send them are on the accompanying letter.
Many Thanks all, have done form and vouchers. Now do I go for Recorded or Special delivery.? I know they state Special delivery at £5.5p wow. I suppose thats because of loss.

I didn't think about sending our vouchers recorded delivery! Oops! Never mind, they still got there ok and we have our booking confirmation, but I think next time I'll use recorded delivery to be on the safe side. We sent the booking form as well as vouchers by the way. Received e-mail confirmation about 2 days later.

It was the Tesco person that I spoke to first time I ever got vouchers, that recommended I sent them that way. Does make sense and you can track them as well.
