Can any one recommend a 'stop over'campsite, in the region of Troyes, Auxerre.
We will be driving from Bruges on route to Lacanau (Aquitaine) and need a campsite that has been tried and tested.
The criteria:
Quiet - preferably in the countryside
Supermarket/ petrol nearby
Restaurant in nearby town (bonus for the first night after a long drive)
In previous years we have stopped over in the lac D'Orient area, but we may be missing out on a better area.

Try Camping Municipal les coullemieres in Vermenton, 15 miles South West of Auxerre. The site is quiet, by a river and very reasonable for a well kept site. Stayed there a few years ago and was sorry I was only staying for one night on outward and inward journey. Supermarket in town that sells fuel. Didn't look for a restaurant - but, hey, it's France!
We stayed at Les Ceriselles when we wanted to visit Auxerre, 11€ a night with ACSI http://www.campingcard.co.uk/gb/en/europe/france/bourgogne/yonne/campsite-les-ceriselles-110708/?campName=Les+Ceriselles
