Hello all

We hope to tour Portugal in September with a campervan, however we are getting conflicting reports as to electronic road tolls on previously toll free motorways, its seems chaotic to say the least with some saying you have to pay a deposit, rent a sticker, (or device) then return it to get your deposit back and pay the tolls!

We have been trying to find the facts for weeks now and are begining to despair, any help will be gratefully received.
