This may be a bit late for your tin, but any one else with a tin of Confit and a Cadac BBQ - cook it all on there - the fat runs off the edge of the griddle leaving what is essentially crispy duck. Add a few pancakes, cucumber, spring onions & some hoi sin sauce and enjoy! (Oh and leave the washing up of the Cadac to the kids!!)
