i have just returned from a 'quick dash' - a ten day trip, taking my trailer using P&O - trailer 4m long - return trip £78 - couldnt believe how cheap!!! everyone else was quoting around £140 so i made a considerable saving, and P&O service/standards were excellent. they changed the time of my return, with plenty of notice, i think because the revised ferry only had around 50 cars on it, perhaps my original ferry would only have had me on it LOL, so perhaps they are offering cheap trips to get the custom???
well worth a 'look' if you need to get anything over there (we have a static and wanted to complete a paving project) with a trailer or use a trailer for camping and have the opportunity to take advantage?

That's a great price. I've just been checking out the site, but cheapest price I could find for car and trailer is £90 each way, using a variety of dates and times, despite them advertising the £39 each way deal.
I wish they could just post an 'availability' calendar, or else post specific details of when these offers apply!
Has anyone else managed to find any details of which sailings this deal applies to?
Yes, we used the £78 car/caravan fare recently for a 12 day trip to Holland. It was posted on here, I booked it 2 days before sailing. If you booked the evening/night crossing on the new P&O vessel you got the cheap crossing.
We never actually went on the new ship tho because we were early for both out & back so got put on't sailing before both times for no extra. So check time table for the new Spirit of Britain ship & check fares for evening/night crossings although possibly no longer available.

glad you found it, I didnt use a promotional code, i suppose i was just lucky to find it. i went on an 'early' moring crossing - around 8 am (ish) and returned 10 days later in the late evening 8.40pm - which got changed to 9.40pm - but no complaints from me at that price!
i dont know if it applies to caravans, but hopefully it does - i think my trailer fell into the car plus trailer 'less than 6m' long slot - at first i thought the less than 6m applied to the car and trailer combined, but it referred to just the trailer - RESULT!
