This is the route we take from the tunnel at Calais (we tow a trailer tent):
A16 to Abbeville
Join A28 toward Rouen, just over the river in Rouen we turn left onto D18E/E46/E402, this goes through an industrial area and keeps you away from the City centre.
Join the A13 toward Caen
turn left back onto the A28 toward Le Mans
Join A11 at Le Mans going towards Angers
Join A87 at Angers toward Cholet / Le Roche-sur-Yon
then take the local roads to LPP.
I get this journey from Ggogle maps BTW.
This route took us approx 10 hours last year, though we had several stop for fuel, loos and lunch. On the way home the traffic was lighter and it took us 9 hours
There is a nasty Peage just before Angers, last year the traffic there was a nightmare.
Oh, top tip......use a sat nav!
We will be a LPP from 30th July for a fortnight.
Hope this helps.
Jeff

Another alternative:
1 Instead of going to Rouen leave the A28 and continue on the A29 to Le Harve
2 Cross the River Seine and join the A13 to Caen
3 A84 to Rennes
4 N137 to Nantes (Dual Carriageway)
5 A83 to junc 4
6 D937 to La Roche Sur Yon
7 D948 to Aizenay
8 Finally D6 to Coex and then site.
This will be about 50 to 60 miles further but will save on toll fees (expensive) from points 2 to 4 above as the motorway is free.
