Working on the maxim that a picture is worth a 1000 words, I assume a video is even better
This is some video of our recent trip to Le Croix de Vieux Pont - it isn't the greatest quality (content, I mean - I'm no travel guide) but if you're considering going, it may push you one way or another - enjoy!

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

Thanks...
The statics are great - but £850 a week (out of school holidays) whereas we paid £160 for the pitch. OK, that static cost includes the ferry crossing but you can get those for £80 if you get the code for Norfolk Line ferries (and we went on Eurotunnel for £26 using Tesco vouchers). No contest, IMO....

Me too loved the video .The same as gillychick it's brought back Happy memories as we camped there three years ago .My profile pic is our trailer tent there .We were camped next to the largest lake next to you and we loved it .Always had a huge hedgehog come calling every night ......thank you Nelmo
You can use Camping Cheques at La Croix du Vieux Point, from 01/01/2011 to 06/07/2011, and again after 01/09/2011 until 31/12/2011. It's open all year, so a week on site, in those seasons, would cost only £97.65 for two adults, pitch, car and caravan (or tent or motorhome), awning, electricity and one dog! The indoor pool closes on 31/10/2011 though!
Good video. We will be there two weeks today, so hoping for some good weather so we can enjoy the outdoor pool. We have been allocated a pitch around the lake also.
Good video. We are going to LeCroix in our camper in a few weeks time so it was nice to have a look around on your video. My son camped there last year and reccommened it.
