Arriving in France 22.8. and off to Le Pin. Just had look at Le Meteo forecast and it isn't looking good  Should we be packing waterproofs and losing the tshirts?

hot and sunny today (weds 24th) - very few clouds has rained on\off last two days but brightened up yesterday afternoon

Just got back from the Vendee on Monday night, the rain that was forecast really just happened at night, and the clouds had blown inland by mid morning. Have a lovely time.

This was our first time in France for many years and decided to drive the extra distance to get better weather in the Vendee and Loire to be met with the "worst summer for years". If it had been better weather it would make choosing next year's holiday(s) easier. Hope you have a nice time and decent amount of sunshine.
