That's so miniscule as to be virtually the same as it was a year ago.
Not sure where you got those figures from, but I would be extremely happy to have that exchange rate of 1.45.
This day last year it was 1.1526 as against 1.1485 today, so very little change. However prices in many of the Euro zones have increased significantly making the exchange rate seem a lot worse than it actually is.
Edit: the rates above are bank rates and not tourist rates which will be slightly less.
