With five you might be better looking for a family run hotel, which has larger family rooms, rather than one of the budget chains. Or a Chambre d'Hote (bed and breakfast) as again these sometimes offer bigger rooms with more beds.
You could try booking.com which lets you select the number of people and the number of rooms - you could try searching through them, or the Gites de France website may help you find a Chambre d'Hote. A quick search on booking.com (not knowing your dates) finds one hotel in Rouen (Brithotel Citotel Angleterre!) which has quintuple rooms for 102 euros (you could book two rooms in a budget chain for less) and quite a few Chambres d'Hote in/around Rouen with room for five.
