We've a premium pitch booked at this site in June/July. Previous thread here
From another post I'm pondering all matters French and electrical.
Can anyone who has stayed here and in the "old" part say whether there was any polarity issue and whether a 2 pin adaptor was needed to connect our EHU to the service point ?
The adaptors aren't much and I'll probably get one anyway but I just wondered.

My advice is worth no more than the price paid for it

We stayed in the old part last summer and although we didn't need a 2-pin adapter, we checked the polarity and it was reversed (hubby just swapped live & neutral over) and on chatting to others some people had made their own 'reverse polarity' cable up before going out.
The site is lovely (though the outdoor pool is ICY cold!). It's a half hour drive to the coast to some lovely seaside villages and towns. We loved Sable D'Olonne, the beach & harbour fantastic & lots of great little streets/shops to look around.

We went there last August on a premium pitch. The EHU was 3 pin & we didnt detect any polarity problem. We found the site great & the toilet block & site very clean. You can walk to Avril for shop, a beer & a few restraunts. We liked it so have booked to go again this July for a week, then onwards to Dordogne. YES THE POOL IS BLOODY FREEZING, EVEN YHE INDOOR ONE, but all the kids seemed to be immune lol
