We're travelling via Eurotunnel to France this summer for a camping trip, and I've just seen on another forum that you can't take gas bottles with you on Eurotunnel. How easy is it to get gas bottles? We tend to use a combination of the single stove which take the little canisters, and the larger 2 burner stove hooked up to a conventional calor gas bottle. What have others done?

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
You can take gas bottles on Eurotunnel, it's LPG powered cars which are not allowed.
You can buy Camping Gaz in many larger supermarket and hypermarkets in France, as well as DIY warehouses, caravan accessory shops, camping ships, filling stations (where HGV drivers filll up), and many other places.
It's maybe worth mentioning that Calor don't sell their products outside of the UK!
As Val says, Campingaz is available everywhere in France and taking their bottles on Eurotunnel shouldn't be a problem.
