OK the one in Belgium, sorry. I don't know the site, but I think that stretch of coast near Ostend might well be heaving with people in August - not the quiet spot you are looking for. If you find you don't like it you might do better to push on through the tunnel under the river Scheldt and go into Zeeland, which is Holland, and it might be a bit less busy there. Anyway we like Dutch camp sites better than Belgian ones.
