Stay at Chateau du Gandspette - we've often stayed there before catching the 8.00 am ferry. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the ferry, and we've found if we leave at 7.00 we're there in plenty of time. Mention on booking in that you'll be leaving early and they should put you in a pitch which will disturb the minimum number of others.
You can use Camping Cheques there, making it a very reasonable £13.95 per night for pitch, two adults, car and caravan, and hook-up.
