Zeeland is quite exposed, it is in the southwest of Holland and the islands are surrounded by water. It does get quite windy, I'm afraid.
That said it is a nice part of Holland, and one where you won't see many Brits.
Quite a few years ago we stayed at Oostkapelle, Camping in de Bongerd. A nice site, with free public transport on the island.
One site with 1 review on HEREsounds good too.

Don't know the area but given that most of the Netherlands is pretty flat I expect it will catch the wind especially as its near the sea. It will of course depend on the campsite and what sort of protection it has in the way of trees etc.

Groenewoud, the site in Ina's link, is, as the reviewer says, a large site, like many others in the region.
It's listed in the current ACSI discount scheme, which might be useful depending on when you intended going (see their website).

But if on the other hand you prefer a small site there is www.camping-meidoorn.nl
Which is not the same as the other nice Camping Meidoorn (it means Hawthorn) at Sluis.
But there's no shortage - Caravan Europe recommends several other sites in the Middelburg area of Zeeland.
