we are  thinking of going to St.Jean De Luz this year on the spanish border the campsite is called Col Ibardin has anyone been or could you recommened another campsite in that region.

have a look at the alan rogers site or select asite ,i ve just done what you are doing and decided on berrua @ bidart,suppose its down to  what you need ,peace and quiet or pool complex etc for kids

went this way a few years back, stayed at Pavillion Royale Biarritz,not far from St Jean-de Luz, not far from the border at Hendaye The site was booked through the Caravan Clubs Sites abroad brochure.The site is on the cliff side looking over the beach with steps down, it was quite windy and the sea was ideal for windsurfers,some good places to go include Pamploma ,Pau, Lourdes,St Sebastian,Bayonne May go back one day but hey who knows enjoy.
