Hi - we are heading on our 1st trip across the channel on tuesday, staying at Du Letty in Brittany, the weather forecast isnt looking great at the moment.
Is any one currently in Brittany that can give us a live weather update?
Cheers

Try this website, you can input different towns and cities by name or post code in the box on the right hand side. we used it whilst in Brittany in June/July.

Enjoy your first trip I'm sure it will be the first of many

Bit lower down at the moment in the vendee, weather has been brilliant last week but today has been very cloudy but still hot.

I have been following the weather closely while we been here, and found yahoo weather to be the closest .

Just google yahoo weather and the nearest big town.

Hope this helps

At du letty at the moment, been here since Tuesday last week. We had our first rain shower yesterday evening. It's rained most of the morning heavy at times but is now warm and sunny again. Think the next few days are going to be unsettled.

Hi

We are too at Du Letty. The weather has been generally good since we arrived on 31/07. Some we nights but today was our first wet day. Rained on and off most of the morning but sunny again by 15.00hrs. Extra annoying for me as it was my Birthday!!!

Weather so far has been better than the forecasts but as Greenhill said, above unsettled weather is forecast for the next few days.

UKCers at or coming to Le Letty come and say hello we are on Pitch 4 in Les Mouettes 7 until 24/08.

I was thinking of going to Le Letty for a few days next week as it is our GS's birthday (13). Is it busy there or will we find room?

We won't go if the weather is bad as we can find somewhere else to take him and keep dry.

I think you would probably find room at Le Letty for a few days. I'd advise contacting reception by phone or email - they're very helpful.

The new pool is good for wet days!

Thanks Tim, we may see you there if we can get there on the 23rd.

By the way, for those who are unaware. Tomorrow the 15th is a Bank Holiday in France.
