I f you are arriving in Dunkerque or Calais. Head up to Belgium on the motorway. Once you cross into Belgium. Look out for the junction for Adinkerke. The closest to the motorway is HERE.
Head for a village called Adinkerke most of the baccy/fag shops are there Its just over the Belgian border Its been awhile since I was over there but that's where I always headed for
Oops beaten to the punch again getting slow in my old age
------------- Nothing nada zilch no camping this year boohoo

No idea i'm afraid but all I know if that anything other these extreme Uk prices then it's a bonus..
A friend and work colleague of mine just bought me 10 x 50 gram packs of Golden Virginia for £6 a pack from Germany from a local shop. That's £14 each over here. £140 versus £60. Time and money on fuel as an offset? you do the maths..
The last time I was in France, the tobacco was a similar price, or cheaper. Haven't been there for a couple of years so I don't know.
The cheapest way to do it is to buy large tubs of hand rolling tobbacco, stay away from Golden Virginia, and other familiar brands to the UK,and buy a cigarette making machine and the paper tubes.A decent tobbacco runs out at around £26-£29, and will make around 500 cigarettes.the machines vary in price but the tubes are around 9 euro for 1500.As everyone has already said.Adinkerk just over the Belgian border is where the largest number of tobbacco shops can be found, one of which is the size of a small supermarket, this one also excepts UK currency.Travelling time is about 40-45 mins from Dunkirk, don't be surprised to see a lot of british cars ans lorries in the Adinkerk area.
