Hi to you all, not long ago there was a thread on this forum about a campsite just about north of Benidorm, that offered cheap 4 weeks stays and sky tv facilities, and you could catch a bus right outside of the campsite into Benidorm, does anyone out there remember its name please?????? <img align="absmiddle" src="forum_images/smiley29.gif" width="17" alt="17">

We liked Almafra. 25 days last April. Bus and train station near site entrance. Recommend pitch no.1 that we had near pool and bar. Or other low numbers. See my picture, gallery images. Bigger pitches than Raco and much easier to maneuver a caravan. Newer toilet facilites. Lovely warm indoor swimming pool. Water, Drainage and 5 UK TV programmes. Sky sports in bar. Raco is better if you want to walk into Benidorm centre but cheap buses run every 15 minutes.

You can see my review of Almafra, click on my site reviews. There is a long quiet road near the entrance of the site I saw people walking dogs on. We booked 10 days at Almafra because it was cheaper over Easter week and intended to go to Raco for the next 15 days. We decided to stay at Almafra after visiting Raco for a look around. There is a good bus service every 15 minutes to Benidorm from Almafra at same price as from Raco (set price 1.15 euros).
Fred.
