I doubt you'll find sites without small children, but it might be worth looking on the Eurocamp website.  They have categories of sites:  Suitable for younger families, suitable for teenagers, etc.

If you're teenagers decide not to go, and you will be on your own, then almost all sites will have no children outside of the school summer holidays (or perhaps one or two families with 'babies').  We holiday in May/June and then again in late August/September and there are usually very few children around then,

When we went to Le Neptune at Whit a few years ago with our three children (who we took out of school) a whole bunch of faces sank when we arrived on-site -mostly retired Brits who informed us that there weren't usually children on-site, thank you very much.

It took a few days, but by the time we left our children had a whole bunch of honorary aunties and uncles who told us what a joy they had been to have around as they were so well behaved and polite.  It made me very proud.
