Hi all, just wondering if anyone had any good advice or recommendations on sites/routes for Eurodisney. Eurotunnel vs ferry etc? many thanks in advance!!
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Eurotunnel quicker than ferry but nearly twice as expensive at normal rates but you can pay tunnel fare fully or partly with Tesco clubcard vouchers at 3 times face value but this has to be done in advance.
Route is straight forward if you don't mind paying toll, A26 & A1 motorways from Calais to Paris, then after passing under airport take A104 outer ring then A4 & follow signs.
We did 2 days at DLP this summer and stayed at Le Village Parisien. http://www.villageparisien.com/camping-parc-de-varreddes/camping-disneyland-paris-france/index.phphttp://www.villageparisien.com
Well, after a good start with the advice given I have done a lot of research! Looks like we are doing a 5 hour trip to Dover, hop on ferry to Calais, enjoy a few days at Camping La Bien Assise to ease us in then off to Caravanning De 4 Vents with a good few days at Eurodisney thrown in. x Thanks everyone! Feel much happier now. PS thanks Dubs, I will have a look at that site too!
avoid weekends
as the locals seem to have annual passes and often visit
once worked out where staying a good site for park research is dlrpmagic.com
