Hi bwookie- not stayed there but had a picnic lunch- in the mist!! in 2010, on the beach near it!. Site looked a little in need of tlc from initial impressions- but right on a stunning beach. we loved the area, and would definitely return. If by good location you mean near lots of ammenities then no its not- but if you want peace and quiet and gorgeous views, beaches, walks & countryside then this should suit.
Sorry i have no actual site knowledge but thought some info better than none.
