I've just seen this snippet on another forum about BF launching a new route to Le Havre. I couldn't see it on their website.
"The new line will operate from May 17 with the Normandy Express fast ship, says the Brittany Ferries.
This new route will allow the company-which already serves the Breton ports of Roscoff and St Malo, and those low-Ouistreham and Cherbourg Normandy-"to approach the market in the Paris region and expand its offering to cities and regions to the mouth of the Seine, "explains Brittany Ferries."

I wonder if this will replace the old LD lines route ? They used to do Portsmouth Le Havre in the summer with a borrowed ship I think!! Or have I got that wrong?
Yes it's correct. Starts 17 May for summer season, operating 4 days a week - Thursday to Sunday, departing UK at 7am. on Normandie Express fastcraft. I don't think that takes caravans.

I think DFDS are going to be running from Portsmouth to Le Havre, they seem to be having some sort of route share/merger with LD..... according to a ferry forum.
Yes the route is on DFDS website

Dfds have bought 75% of the LD lines routes in Dover Calais, newhaven dieppe and Portsmouth le havre but using the same old ldlines boats ( either the Norman voyager currentlys on it or the Cote de alberterie from th newhaven route moved up)
The express going into le have is ok except that they will not be taking trailers or caravans
