HI there,we stayed on this site last June on our return from Italy, it s a super location if like us, you like to eat out, or have the odd coffee or 2, because you can walk into town just over the bridge, and there is everything you need, there are also are some lovely walks by the river. Trier is worth a visit. We had a super pich on the river bank but be warned you need a very long electric cable(40-50meters), the man in reception said we must buy one from his shop, even though the young lady had told us earlier that one would be provided!! Luxembourg city is not too far but I dont know about public transport as we went by car, we have been visiting France for years, last year was our first time in Germany, we enjoyed it so much we are visiting the Rhine region in May, so if any one has any tips or advice it would be appreciated.
