Hello everyone,

Has anyone been to either of  these two places? Camping Internacional de Calonge and/or Cala GoGo? No details appear on the CSS facility. Both look good in their own way. This year we are looking for a mobile home/bungalow arrangement instead of our usual trailer tent (a compromise with our eldest daughter who has currently gone off camping!)

We like Platja D'aro and going in August with three kids ages 7,10 and 16.

All comments welcomed and suggested alternative sites will be happily eyed over!

hi mitto, we was on cala gogo in 2011 june time. we found the site and facilities very good toilets showers good but our friends went in august the same summer and they said it was too full bit like a shanty town that busy, if you google earth the area there are lots of camp sites within a 5 mile area to choose from ( good hunting).

Thanks Guys - appreciate the help.Dav/Jan - will use your  tip to look for other places.We stayed last time at Valldaro,Brian and liked it - it also takes camping cheques for the last two weeks of Aug. We wanted to try a different place near the town.Thanks Rizzo.
