Hi every one

I've enjoyed reading a few of the messages over the past few days about the vendee camp sites, this year we plan to head on down. Can anyone recommend any sites with direct beach access and family orientated, also as i am a surfer good waves would be nice too. Have been further south before but it's too much driving for the girls 12 mths 3yrs & 36 yrs?

I would be gratefull for any help as I want to book soon.

Hi

Clarys Plage is fab site.  Very family orientated with 2 pools, slide + lifeguard.  Outside site are shops + a fab supermarket which sells everything (cheap too).  Beach is across road from supermarket and short walk through pines.  Has kids clubs if you want them.  Can book direct or through Eurocamp/Eurosites.  Site is at St Jean de Monts.  Excellent site + very clean facilities.

Forgot to say surf is fab.  We all had body boards.  Got fab tan as well.

Thanks for that i'll have look and see if I can find their website, we are in no mad rush to book just yet as we are going early july before the rush I hope. Have looked at Camping les dunes north of Les Sables with direct access but a little pricey I think.
