Today in central France the sun shone, it felt warmer, the aircon was needed in the car, perhaps Spring has sprung.....
Then the storm clouds passed over, the temperature dropped and we've lit the woodburner...
Perhaps next week...

Same in Central Brittany yesterday, a fierce electrical storm, rolling thunder and forked lightening. Nice today though. Should be a nice week-end. Monday doesn't look good though.
It will be July soon and we haven't had a decent spell of dry weather to go anywhere. The one week we had was the one we were finishing off the bathroom renovation.
Good luck to all who are restricted to school holidays.

Actually, on La Chaine meteo, the forecast is picking up nicely for the whole country from next weekend onwards. Fingers crossed it carries on in that vein this week ready for us to leave next weekend!

Agreed. It's looking good from next Friday onwards and it seems to be the same everywhere in France. I just hope the forecast holds, these things do change the closer you get.
