For convenience http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=9532 on the eastern edge of Tours is very good - the only problem being that it is next to a dual carriageway so only suitable for people who can sleep through traffic noise or have very good earplugs!
Although I like Le Sabot at Azay, you can't say it's 'just off' the A10 - it's about 25k.
The one I know and would go for is at Beaumont sur Sarthe, around 20k north of LM. Lovely municipal site on the banks of the Sarthe, and has a very good block sanitaire. Only about 5k from J21 of the A28.
Another possibility is another municipal at Ecommoy, 2-3k off J25 of A28 south of LM. Not as nice as Beaumont, but adequate.

Been to both, liked both and their settings. BSS is slightly quieter than Le Sabot as the latter enjoys the son et lumiere from the the chateau (worth a visit). Both towns are lovely to walk round. Excellent facilities, so great value for money.
There's also one we almost stayed at (didn't stop in the end) near BSS at Fresnay sur Sarthe called Sans Souci. A wee bit further off the motorway but not a lot. Sans Souci
A couple near Le Mans here which seem to be highly rated: Le Mans sites
For an overnight at Tours we use the site at St Avertin, 5 mins from the autoroute. Further up we tend to go for Beaumont sur Sarthe, 10mins ish off A28.
