Can I suggest you email the Offic de Tourisme, or have at look at a website for ideas. the TI in Annecy have been brilliant, they sent me lots of infor on restaurants, cycle routes, walking ...and teh Classical Muisc Festival which is the main reaosn for the visit to Annecy (16/08)...can't wait.
