Don't do yourself down with the blog. I had a half arsed go with it from France and what with the heat and the vin rouge in the bar wi-fi area I could only manage a line and a pic every other day.
It takes a lot of effort to do it. Your writing is very good, and really engages the reader's interest. Well done

Also agree with the comment about your blog, it has been great, keep up the good work and the photos have been smashing.
We were in France in May/June and were lucky enough to see the Pyrenees in snow as France had had just as lousy a spring as we had. Attached a couple of my photos in case you are not sure of where your next adventure will take you.
We have already started our planning for next year and that's part of the fun.

Glad to see you got home safely it was good reading your blog, we had just back from our own trip, it was so good to know I was not the only one who got low on fuel took a couple of wrong turns, satnav took us to 'middle of nowhere' enjoy your planning and will be looking for your future blogs
