Hello, we are driving to north/middle of Portugal at the beginning of September.
Can anyone advise us on the payment of the toll roads if we have to use them?
How do we pay for tolls?
We are driving a French registered camper van.
Has anyone used the toll roads?
it all looks a bit confusing.

Only ever experienced the Lisbon -Algarve toll road and the Faro -Algarve toll,the Lisbon one is easy and like any normal toll were you get a ticket and pay at the exit however the Faro A22 is a pain as you don't pay on the road you can either get a tag or pay at various locations
