Hi can anyone recommend a campsite on the lake which will allow dogs to swim in the lake. I am finding it very difficult find somewhere. she is a labrador and adores the water and we enjoying swimming with her but there doesnt seem much point going to annecy if we can allow her to swim. The last two years we have gone to Gorges du Verdon and she has swam in the river and lakes with no problem at all but Annecy seem to be very strict. I would be very grateful for any recommendations.

We spent 2 weeks at Lac Bleu with our labrador and she had great fun in the water. I didn't see any signs and no one complained either.

Really enjoyed the area and are planning to go back next year.

Don't forget the dog can travel freely on the boat which does the circuit of the lake, stopping off at different points. Likewise, did not see any signs or restrictions when we took our dog, a few years ago now, though.

Hi,

We took our two labradoodles to lac bleu and they enjoyed regular swims from the campsite beach. There is also a good vets within walking distance

It's only an expensive hobby when it's parked on your Drive....use it, love it , live it.
