Anybody ever rent a mobile direct from this site, or see any of them while you were there. I am thinking of renting one and they have availability but there is no photo either on their brochure or their website. The description looks fine but i just have a fear that they might be very old etc.

We haven't stayed on Clarys Plage ourselves, but had a look around it when we stayed in the area a couple of years ago, and the caravans all looked fine. We have booked direct with several French sites in the past and have never had any problems, and usually have saved a great deal over the prices of the holiday companies.
Go for it, you won't regret it(hopefully!)

Hi

We stayed on Clarys Plage last summer. It is a nice site and I didn't see any old vans - they all appeared to be in vgc. We stayed in a Eurocamp tent but we had a good nose around the site!

Thanks for all the replies. Yes I think i will go for it. The difference in price is about a 1000euros. We were In Ty-Nadan last year and it was the same story. I would be able to buy a lot of wine for the difference
