I asked the Q in another thread a while ago but I think the Q got missed.
Has anyone stayed in the chalets at 4 vents, they decent? I've been trying all over the web to find reviews/pictures of the chalets internals, but to no avail, emailed the site and they just sent me another brochure.. :-(
Any further info would be appreciated :-)

I'm afraid I can't offer advice regarding staying in the chalets, but when we camped at 4 Vents last summer I did notice them. There doesn't appear to be very many and they didn't look huge to me but, as far as I remember, they are tucked away in their own little area. From the outside they didn't look like the large, fancy, 'grand comfort' chalets that I've seen at other campsites, but if the maintenance of the rest of the site is anything to go by, I'm sure they are well maintained and clean. We loved this campsite, which is immaculately maintained with huge pitches.
I hope someone else will be able to offer you some first hand experience of staying in a chalet.

Having stayed at 4 vents several times I cannot answer your question but may help with why you cant find much info
I didnt even know they had any
The site is a decent site and Im sure they will be Ok
its not the 'be all and end all of sites' but its good there is something friendly about the place. Darn good for Paris

Thanks guys. The place really appeals due to proximity to Paris and Disney, but more so as it seems a really nice and safe place for the kids..

We stayed on a pitch opposite the chalets. They were very well maintained and each one had a veranda and had lots of garden around each one making them lovely and private. There were only 4 or 5 I think and they were located in an area close to the pool but it was a lovely area of the site and really quiet although there was a lot of shade on the pitches in that area which can be welcomed in hot sun. We spoke to some people who said the chalets were really good and stayed in them every year. Lovely site and I would definitely recommend staying there and from what I saw I would stay in the chalets myself. Hope this helps a bit.

Kate, thank you very much, really appreciate the info. It's very odd that they don't have many pictures of the chalets on their site..
One last question, is it a decent area for family cycling, or not worth taking the bikes, as kids are only small?

On past reviews we read that there weren't many places to cycle in the area so we didn't bother, the surrounding area is flat countryside but not very picturesque in my opinion, however the site is very large due to the pitches being so big and spacious and the chalets are the furthest point from the reception and bakery and I wished I would have been able to cycle up as it would take me about 15-20 mins to walk up and back down. The site is also nice for the kids to cycle on as it's Tarmac roads through the site but otherwise for the local area I don't think I'd bother personally.
