I haven't been to that site either but stayed for a week at Ter Spegelt (in Eersel, near Einhoven)last June and was very impressed. It is a wonderful place for children!

It does seem that the sites in Holland look very child and family friendly. Just worried young daughter (7) would not understand what was going on in the kids clubs etc due to the language barrier
LOL .... even pre school Dutch kids seem have a reasonable grasp of English, and the adults speak better English than me!

I once asked some Dutch people why they spoke such good English and their reply was "Have you ever watched Dutch TV?"

Stayed at Koningshof near Rjinsburg last summer, lovely place with a great beach. Very family friendly and only 40 mins from the Hook. Holland was really nice.
Great days out with a 4 & 2 year old were
Dolfinarium & Madurudam.
Madurudam was excellent and took me by surprise how long we were there for and how much there was to interact with.

We have been to Holland about 6 or 7 times with our children now and have found it one of the most child-friendly countries we've been to. Everyone (or practically everyone) speaks fluent English, and they are keen to do so, especially if you make an effort to try a few words of Dutch -dank u wel (thank you) etc.
