Gwenaelle is indeed lovely (This was commented upon by Mrs Emmit who said that after every visit I made to the Reception, I had a certain 'look' in my eye.
She was very patient with me scraping the rust off my french.
In return, I taught her the phrase, "Chocolate Tea pot"
