I am looking for 1 night to stop with a caravan with EHU near Honfleur (lovely area) on the way back to the ferry anybody recommend anywhere?

We've used Camping La Briquerie - seem to recall that was pretty good.

We always use Camping du Phare. It's a basic site (used to be a municipal I think) but only a very short walk into the town. There is a road that runs next to the campsite that is pretty busy during the day but they usually park the motorhomes next to that. Showers are by token from reception and you can order bread etc daily. Usual French campsite loos with no seats or paper so be prepared.

It's about 30 mins form there to the Le Havre ferry over the Pont du Normandie.
