We are heading in this direction. Our stop over is Savigny-Les-Beaune ' Les Premier Pres', we have camped here 10 years on the trot....lovely spot, just off the motorway heading South, at the turn off to the village is a HUGE ELeclerc with fuel, and thesre is sports shop...Decathlon is in Dijon (unfortunately). Hope this helps, have a nice trip. We're heading for Gordes and will be exploring the Luberon and beyond

We have never paid a deposit, so you will be OK. Caravans make up 70% of the people camping, then the motor homes and the 'hobo's like us who are in tents 'sans electricite'. There is a a lovely bakery in the village and a small 'Casino' type shop. If you go right outside the campsite then left along the track this path takes you into the village alongside the stream and the allotments...you come into the vilage near the padock with the 'chickens' who will come to you  . The village has a small pizza place/ bar overlooking the square with a lovely fountain. Once you've been you WILL go back, it is a such a lovely surorise and so out of the way. Enjoy
