I switched to Three at Christmas and have all you can eat data, I have just checked their website and you can continue to use this data package in France.

What does data taste like? Ye gods spare us from these yankisms.

'Can I get?' - this means 'please may I have ??

to get is an active verb. if you are asking someone to serve you then this is a passive activity for you so why use a verb which suggests you are going to serve yourself!!

all you can eat data - this means 'unlimited data - except for some restrictions which will only become apparent if you read the reams and reams of conditions and small print'

What on earth has our country come to? We'll all talk in text speak soon - perish the thought! very unhappy smiley face!!!!

The restrictions are 9,999 Gb per month. More than most people would use on their home broadband.

I used to be scathing about American use of English till I read an article that suggested in a lot of cases they stuck with original spellings while we changed some of our spellings because it was fashionable to make words look French.

Hence center became centre in England. The language has always evolved. Shakespeare at times also used grammar which would be classed as wrong.
