hello there,

Having been to Castel Domaine de Massereau in Languedoc 3 times in a row, we fancy a change. It's such a lovely site that I'm finding it hard to choose a new one. Could anyone help? I'm wading my way through each site and reviews but I thought this might be a shortcut to get your opinions.

My wishlist includes:

Hot dry weather
Good pool - with slides a bonus
Play area
Popular with the Brits*
Don't need kids clubs, discos or entertainments.

*sorry, but we have 2 kids aged 11 and 9 and noticed from Massereau that they play with their own nationality most as they can talk to each other easily. Shame I know.

If you like Castels, just choose another from their list! We have also stayed at Yelloh Village sites and were happy with those too. For hot dry sun you need to be level with Bordeaux or below it! Yelloh Village at Panorama Du Pyla might be good for you. I know lots of friends who have been there.

I agree with Sarah re Castels sites. They will tick your boxes and are of a high quality.

I notice Sarah is going to La Garangeoire in the Vendee. That is a Castels site and a very good one too.
