Clinique de la Detourbe, Conde sur Vire (45 miles from Ouistreham).
Decent campsite at Torigni sur Vire (5-10 mins by car to the vets), handy for overnight stays.
Modern clinic between Conde sur Vire and Torigni sur Vire, with its own car park and good access from main road.
Friendly, efficient reception, very helpful and understanding English speaking vet (with our 2 nervous rescue dogs) with lots of pet passport/AHC experience.
No appointments needed Monday to Friday 08.30 to 09.30, 14.00 to 15.30 and 17.00 to 18.30, and Saturday mornings 08.30 to 09.30 (when I phoned for an appt. they said just to turn up at these times).
Took our own worming tablets, cost 52 euros for 2 dogs (both 20 - 25kgs).
Will happily use again.
