www.greeninsurancecompany.co.uk £78.35 1 year UK and European personal cover which means whatever car i'm in it's covered. Although it's annual it could be cheaper than covering for just a few weeks. I have always shopped around for cheaper cover, AA & RAC are extortionate. Had to use recovery in France once and there were no problems - arrived promptly and towed to garage where repair was made and on our way again within a few hours. They also cover for running out of fuel which many don't these days.
