For anyone still wanting an ACSI Card and Guide, the English version has sold out from both Vicarious Books and ACSI themselves, but someone (not me, I've only seen them and thought others might be interested) has eight available on ebay for £13.50 each plus £2.50 postage and packing.

Have you used the card itself, David, or just the ACSI guide. We have friends who want an ACSI Card which is why I was looking on ebay for them. If the card is still unused then I would be happy to pay postage on their behalf, and you can email me on valdaathome at gmail.co.uk.

We have used the card but my signature looks like a spider on drugs and alcohol wandered across the page.

You only have to show the damn thing to the site anyway. Some of them take it as a form of ID instead of a passport

That's brilliant, Graham. It's not for us, we've already got a well-used 2014 ACSI card, but for some friends. I was sure we had two ACSI books (mix-up with our subscription) but when it came down to it I couldn't find the second one, which I'd offered to our friends, for their holiday booked for the 16th August.

Email me at valdaathome at gmail.com, and give me your address, and I'll send you a bucket load of stamps. The 'at' is the normal symbol!

Graham - thank you so much. The ACSI Card arrived safely, and our friends are delighted - they'll be saving 17 euros per night on one site! They've never used ACSI before and are really pleased to find that some of their favourite sites are in the scheme. I've given them our book, as we're 'old hats' now and know which sites we're likely to be staying at - or will research online if we decide to go elsewhere!

Hi,

Does anyone have an ACSI card going I can buy? We got the go ahead to go on holiday a couple of days ago (got a dog sitter sorted) so we are off a week Friday across to France.

There is one for sale on another forum - I've emailed to see if it's still available and you can email me on valdaathome at gmail.com so that I can pass on the other party's details to you.

You can still buy them from the Caravan Club (I don't know if you need to be a member) http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/shop-and-offers/all-shop-products/acsi-card-and-guides but it's worth trying the website even if you're not a member.
