Fastest route if you are happy to pay toll is A10 to Paris then A1/A26 up to Calais. The route across Paris is straightforward, at end of A10 you will see sign 'A1 Lille', takes you around middle ring rd & it is clearly signposted all the way.
Otherwise either route to Rouen as suggested is ok. Taking N10 to Chartres & then N154 to Rouen will save you an awful lot in toll & is a reasonably fast route.
