We have took our pennine fiesta on this ferry route last year . We are members of the C and C club and found that they weren't able to offer much of discount at all on the crossing, particularly at peak times - in fact only for one way of the journey and for very inconvenient crossings. We did however save a lot by booking a night stopover on the way and a night on the back in a eurocamp tent. Even with the cost of the stopovers, all in all we saved hundreds on the ferry by booking through eurocamp.
About measurements - our is 1.3 m high for towing , I Wonder if you have got confused with the height when erected ? If so you might get it even cheaper !
