They are discounted from the campsite, or were when my son and his girlfriend was there a couple of years ago. I don't think the discount is very much though.
The did the trip twice, but by catching a train in - which was considerably cheaper than the excursion from the site. They had complimentary tickets as it was both their birthdays during the week they stayed at La Croix, and Disney's anniversary offer was for free admission for anyone visiting on their birthday.
