Can anyone tell me if you can park up with a caravan at the Tunnel overnight or is there anywhere near the tunnel you can park?
we are wanting to travel down to Folkestone around 6pm to catch the early morning Tunnel which will be around 6am.
Thought it would be better to stay overnight at the Tunnel than set off really early in the morning as we have a small child. This will be our first time abroad with a caravan so I want to plan ahead. I'm nervous as it is

I asked the Eurotunnel people the same question and they told me there is no overnight parking, there is a nearby pub where you can park overnight , i will try to get the details for you or you could look on this website on campsite searches.
Thank you all
The Drum Inn looks the closest. Just waiting now for the Euro Tunnel to start taking bookings for July
Has any of you used the Sanef on the tolls?

We too have APRR tag, it makes using the toll roads easier and quicker. Also a thumbs up for Black horse farm caravan site as they offer a secure place to park for the night in a special place for ferry/tunnel users and lovely clean facilities!
I think the difference between SANEF and APRR is probably the cost of a couple of bottles of wine.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

There is a Days Inn hotel in Maidstone Roadchef Motorway Service Area, M20 Junction 8, Hollingbourne, ME17 1SS where you can park up in your caravan overnight for a charge of £10 and use their facilities in the services, its only probably about 30 minutes to the tunnel, near enough but not too busy.
